The Account Manager is responsible for managing several crews, and for regular communication with clients through site visits, quality field reports and one-on-one meetings. Good relationship management skills will help with providing enhancement proposals and retaining existing accounts and in developing new prospects to meet Sebert growth goals.
The Maintenance Supervisor Manager is a hands-on position that will manage crews, including managing commercial landscape maintenance service schedules. This person will need to understand quality, safety, service and what it takes to surpass customer expectations.
Pick-up and Delivery of Hardscape Material Equipment- CDL “A” Driver
Pick-up and delivery of Hardscape Material Equipment Hauling with dump truck and large trailer. Bob cat experience helpful loading and unloading of Construction/Enhancement equipment. Loading and unloading of Landscape Materials hauling and delivering soil stone mulch hauling out of debris and left-over materials help in keeping yard organized and safe. There is also winter plowing and salting available for year-round work.
Maintenance Field Laborers: Team Leaders and Laborers
Maintenance Team Lead—Ability to operate a truck and trailer. Responsible and able to lead a team by giving direction and guidance. General requirements that include but not limited too--- mowing, trimming, pruning, pulling weeds, installing mulch, communication with the supervisor and Account Manager. Equipment maintenance (oil change, blade change, washing of equipment and trucks)
Maintenance Laborer—general requirements that include but not limited too--- mowing, trimming, pruning, pulling weeds, installing mulch, communication with the team lead and supervisor. Assist with Equipment maintenance (oil change, blade change, washing of equipment and trucks)
