Flagstone, Inc (Flagstone Landscaping) is a family owned and operated business in Cedarburg since 1975.  We create customized outdoor environments (patios, pools, gardens, paving, and outdoor firepits) utilizing an array of high-end and natural elements.  Flagstone designs, installs, and maintains these relaxing oases.  We also offer routine lawn maintenance, including Spring and Fall clean-up.

Construction Landscaper Job Description:

​

A construction landscaper is a blend of physical labor and construction, focusing on building hardscapes like patios, walkways, and retaining walls, while also performing related tasks such as site preparation, operating heavy equipment, and potentially some planting. This role requires physical strength, the ability to operate tools and machinery, and a good understanding of construction plans and safety procedures. 

 

Job Requirements:

• Works with a team of 2-3 others

• Communication

• Reliable

• Driver’s license (preferred)

• Reading of a blueprint (preferred)

 

Job Duties:

​

• Clearing land/Digging ditches

• Mixing/pouring concrete

• Grading and leveling stones using laser levels

• Use of hand tools and heavy equipment

  • Power tools

  • Excavators

  • Skid steers

• Loading/unloading materials (gravel, soil, stone, etc)

• Planting of plants, trees, and shrubs
