Ground Affects Landscaping, Inc. is a fast growing Landscape Company providing complete landscaping services. We specialize in hardscape installations, but also offer lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, landscape management and snow management. We are seeking self-motivated, dedicated individuals that can assist and/or lead our installation and maintenance crews.
Design and Sales Manager ($50,000 to $75,000/year)
​
-Continually and consistently pursuing new business leads
-Working with clients to construct detailed landscape designs
-Maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the design/build process
-Completing bids and job orders to be used by crews for installation
-Ordering material for jobs in timely manner
-Interacting with construction crews to to facilitate successful installations
-Completing other tasks or projects as assigned
Qualifications
-Associate or Bachelors degree in landscape design
-Landscape Design Experience ( 1 year minimum)
-Landscape Sales Experience (1 year minimum)
Construction Foreman ($50,000 to $57,000/year)

-Experience reading landscape plans
-Experience installing brick pavers, retaining walls, and custom brick and block structures
-Experience with equipment operation (skid-loader & mini-excavator)
-Experience in laser use to assist in reading elevations
-Able to lift heavy materials repetitively
-Valid Wisconsin Drivers License with a clean driving record / Class A CDL a plus (will assist in acquiring)
-Pest Applicators Certification a plus (will assist in acquiring)
-Minimum of 3 years experience in all facets of landscape construction
-Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
-Must take pride in work with great attention to detail
Lawn Mowing/Lawn Care Technician ($40,000 to $50,000/year)

-Mowing and trimming lawns with highest standards
-Blowing off clippings, leaves,etc. From decks, walks, drives etc. when mowing is complete
-Diagnose & Treat turf and ornamental insects and diseases
-Apply fertilizer and spray lawns at appropriate times and labeled rates
-Check fluid levels, grease, sharpen blades, and maintain mowers, spreaders, weed trimmers as needed
-Clean all equipment as needed(including trucks and trailers)
-Complete minor landscape repairs to customers yard
-Trimming and clean-up of trees, shrubs, and evergreens as needed
-Valid Wisconsin Drivers License with a clean driving record
