Crawford Tree & Landscape, providing estate care since 1969, is currently adding to our team of landscapers and horticulturalists by seeking to fill crew leader and crew member positions in our landscape installation, mowing, and landscape maintenance divisions. Some of what we look for:
-Pesticide applicators license (turf and landscape 3.0) -Field experience (landscape maintenance, planting, mowing, hardscape installation, and snow removal)
-Leadership experience
-The desire for more out of life
-NALP certifications -Valid WI driver’s license (mandatory)
-Ability to pass a drug test (mandatory)
Compensation:
Hourly ($15 - $21), based on position, skillset, certification, and ATTITUDE!
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Lawn manicuring, turf and planting bed fertilization and weed control, tree and shrub planting, general property maintenance, snow removal, paver/brick walk repair and installation, grading, etc.
Year round benefits include:
SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT, $1,500 signing bonus, health insurance compensation, company outings, continuing education funds, vacation pay, holiday pay, a committed and loyal staff (MANY HERE FOR 10 YEARS OR MORE)…..but most importantly, being part of a team actively pursuing growth in our knowledge and in the fair treatment of our clients, their properties, and each other.
