Inside Sales Representative

Carlin Horticultural Supplies/ProGreen Plus has an immediate opening for two Inside Sales Representatives that can create the "Selling Buzz". The positions are located in Milwaukee, WI.  Successful candidates will be outgoing, customer-focused, detail oriented and have a passion for the "Green Industry" sales. The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is a must.  Job responsibilities include, but not limited to serving customers over the phone, in person and order processing. A family owned company proudly serving the "Green Industry" since 1972.

The candidate should have strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word and the ability to learn other software used in our operations. Bachelor’s degree and “Green Industry” related experience preferred. Previous sales experience preferred or strong “Green Industry” history preferred. Must be extremely comfortable on the phone and have the ability to carry on a conversation on the phone with customers.
