La Rosa Landscape Company, a leader in Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance in Southeast Wisconsin for 30 years, is preparing for the next 30.

 

We have an immediate opening for a talented professional in our Cedarburg office. This role involves the just-in-time coordination of the right people with the materials and equipment needed to build our beautiful landscapes. These projects require synchronizing our subcontractors and supplier partners with our own amazing craftsmen.

This individual will expedite and dispatch our Design Build staff and coordinate all activities in the yard. Applicants with appropriate experience will have additional responsibilities around onboarding, skill development and growth of the staff, and supervision of projects in the field.

Our ideal candidate is proactive and thrives on planning and details. He or she is super-organized and can multi-task. He enjoys finding the optimum solution to a challenging puzzle.
