CANCELLATION POLICY

• THIS EVENT WILL NOT BE CANCELLED

• All cancellation requests must be in writing and received in the WLCA office on or before 5:00 PM on Friday, August 23, 2025. Telephone calls will NOT be accepted.

• Upon receipt of written cancellation on or before Friday, August 23, 2025, the Certification Program will issue a full refund. A check will be issued within two weeks of receipt of the written cancellation request.

• Cancellation requests received after August 23, 2025, will forfeit all fees to the Certification Program to cover administrative costs.

• If an applicant does not take the test for which they were scheduled and has not submitted a cancellation request in writing to the WLCA office by August 23, 2025, they will be categorized as a “no show.”

• An applicant that is a “no show” forfeits all fees to the Certification Program to cover administrative costs.

• A medical doctor’s written statement or family emergencies with proper documentation will be considered but are not guaranteed refunds.
