Landscape Laborer

McKay Nursery Company is an employee-owned company located in Waterloo, Wisconsin. We are a full-service nursery and landscaping company providing custom designs, landscape installation and maintenance. This hourly position is eligible for a 401k plan and a fully company paid employee stock ownership (ESOP) retirement plan for those that qualify.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

​

As a landscape crew member you will work with a crew installing and completing planting and hardscapes on residential and commercial projects. Qualified individuals should have some landscaping experience and appreciate what quality work is. No snowplowing in winter months!

​

BEST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

​

• Landscape industry experience

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented

• Availability to work seasonally long hours

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively

• A valid driver’s license or no restrictions in obtaining one
